YASSA | Traditional slow-cooked onion stew from Senegal. Made with carefully selected ingredients; onions, carrots, green peppers, and garlic, seasoned with Dijon mustard. Yassa is traditionally served with chicken or fish over rice or couscous.

DOROWAT | Spiced and slightly spicy sauce from Ethiopia, similar to traditional tomato sauce. Made with carefully selected ingredients; tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, and berbere spices. Doro Wat is typically served with the traditional Ethiopian flatbread called Injera.
