PREPARATION:

  2. Pour Mom Koumba MAFFE sauce over the browned ingredients.
  3. Heat for a few minutes until it reaches temperature.
  4. Serve over rice or couscous.

COOKING TRADITIONAL SAKAY

Exotic extra spicy sauce originating from Madagascar, used similarly to the well-known Chimichurri sauce. Made with carefully selected spicy peppers, ginger, and garlic. Sakay is ideal for marinating meats and fish, as well as dressing salads and many other dishes.

PREPARATION:

  1. Place the meat, chicken, or fish in a container.
  2. Pour Sakay Mom Koumba sauce over it and make sure it’s well coated.
  3. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to blend well.
  4. You can now finish cooking the piece in a skillet or oven according to your preference and with the accompaniment you desire.

  1. Heat the DoroWat sauce for a few minutes until warm.
    Optional: Before heating DoroWat, brown meat, chicken, or fish in a skillet. Then pour the sauce over the browned ingredients until warmed through.
  2. Once the sauce is warm, it’s ready to be poured over Injera (Ethiopian fermented flatbread). It can also be used as a sandwich spread or over rice, couscous, or pasta.
