ALICE DÉLICE, a major French retailer specialized in gourmet products, has announced the launch date for the MOM KOUMBA line of sauces in 24 of its stores across France. French citizens will now be able to exercise their right to enjoy the flavors of African cuisine in their homes, preparing authentic traditional dishes from different regions of Africa in an easy and fast way. In addition, its introduction into the European market represents an opportunity for Afro-descendants and Africans residing in Europe to feel closer to their culture and culinary traditions, which will undoubtedly contribute to promoting more integration and cultural enrichment.

The MOM KOUMBA sauces will be available for purchase at ALICE DELICE stores starting on March 14, 2023.

Mom Koumba places special emphasis on the quality of the ingredients and the final product, preserving the traditional recipes of different African dishes that have been passed down from generation to generation. The current range of products includes MAFFE and YASSA with recipes originating from Senegal, DOROWAT with a recipe from Ethiopia, and SAKAY with a recipe from Madagascar.
